Mr. Hersh practices law in New Jersey and New York, and is also admitted to practice in California and Illinois as well as before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The firm's practice is concentrated in civil litigation, with a focus on business, intellectual property, construction, insurance, personal injury, consumer and other areas of dispute.
