Attorney Lawrence C. Hersh, Esq. has over 20 years of legal experience as a lawyer.  Mr. Hersh practices law in New Jersey and New York, and is also admitted in California and Illinois.  In addition to his law degree, he also has a graduate degree in computer science and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  The firm's practice is concentrated in civil litigation, with a focus on business, intellectual property, construction, insurance, consumer and other areas of dispute. We represent clients in federal, state and municipal courts.  Additionally, we represent out-of-state clients and attorneys in need of local counsel in New Jersey or New York.

 


Our Civil Litigation practice is geared to both businesses and individuals.  For our business clients, we provide litigation services in breach of contract actions, construction issues and general business disputes.  We also provide aggressive representation for people involved in disputes with their insurance companies.  We have experience representing clients on consumer fraud cases and personal injury and automobile accident claims.

 

Our Personal Injury practice focuses on injuries caused in automobile and other types of accidents, such as slip and fall and products liability. 
 
  
Our Insurance Law practice, assists individuals who are having problems with collecting from an insurance company, whether it is their own insurance company or that of another party. 
   

Our intellectual property practice is dedicated to making sure you have the assistance and protection you need for your idea, creation, or invention. We assist clients with issues involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing agreements and internet related issues. Our services include searches, registration, and litigation related to these areas, including prosecution and defense of infringement claims.
