Mr. Hersh is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, California and Illinois as well as being admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  The firm practices in both state and federal courts.  Located in Rutherford, New Jersey, the firm regularly handles cases in Bergen, Passaic, Hudson and Essex, as well as throughout the State of New Jersey.  Additionally, the firm represents clients in Manhattan and the other boroughs of New York City. Firm history

 

This firm started in 2003, although Mr. Hersh has been practicing law for over 20 years.  Prior to opening up his own firm, Mr. Hersh worked at several law firms, including the large, well-known firm of Kaye Scholer LLP and the New Jersey boutique intellectual property law firm of Weingram and Associates.  Prior to that Mr. Hersh practiced law in California and Illinois.
